1. Services

GreenTech Solutions provides IT, software development, and digital marketing services as described in project proposals, contracts, or website content. All services are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to communications to facilitate project completion.

  • Ensure access to necessary systems or resources for IT and software services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Service fees, milestones, and payment schedules will be defined in the project agreement or invoice.

  • Payments are due as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • All applicable taxes, transaction fees, or third-party costs are the responsibility of the client.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy of GreenTech Solutions.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees for completed work or third-party costs may not be refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created during the project (software, designs, content) remains the property of GreenTech Solutions until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client, except for any pre-existing tools, libraries, or templates retained by GreenTech Solutions.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the project.

  • Confidential information does not include information already publicly available or independently developed.

7. Liability

  • GreenTech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Service Delivery

  • All services are delivered according to timelines specified in the project agreement or contract.

  • Delays caused by the client, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.
