  • IT Services & Consulting: Payments for completed work or consultation sessions are generally non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered if services were not delivered as agreed.

  • Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are not provided for completed campaigns or ad spend. However, we will work to resolve any service issues and optimize campaigns as needed.

  • Software Solutions: Refunds for software development or delivery are only considered if there is a failure to meet agreed-upon specifications documented in the project contract.

  • Refund requests are made within 30 days of service delivery or payment.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments for ongoing or completed projects where work has been delivered as per agreement.

  • Fees paid for consultation sessions after the session has been conducted.

  • Third-party costs such as hosting, software licenses, or ad spend.
